    项目分析:

    从项目和课程设置上来看是为酒店业从业者(高管更佳)设置,不建议应届生申请,属于MBA性质项目,更偏重于酒店相关的运营和管理。课程可以为学习者带来业界最前沿的讯息人脉和最强大的校友网络;

    特色为远程学习,80%在线,20%实地,也不太符合中国学生希望全职学习的需求;

    可以非常自由的安排学习,每年两次入学时间,最长36个月内完成学习,非常适合时间有特殊需求的学生。

    申请分析:

    托福雅思维持顶尖学校的基本要求;

    不需要GMAT或者GRE对很多学生是福音;

    最少3年工作经验基本与应届生无缘,也不建议经验太少的学生去学习,就算去了同学都是中年酒店高管可交流的也不多,学习效果不一定最佳;

    根据往年经验一年招收二三十名学生,中国学生个位数(5名以内)。

    项目分析:

    SEG五大学校都大同小异,只是专业侧重点稍有不同。凯撒里兹有两个硕士项目,分别侧重健康休闲方向和酒店创业方向。健康休闲方向针对希望在本方向就业的学生们是个很对口的方向,酒店创业方向更像是其他学校综合性的酒店管理硕士项目和课程。

    学生毕业后将同时获得英国德比大学的学位,两校有相关的合作。

    申请分析:

    录取相对要求较低,对工作经验和GMAT等均无要求;

    对于一般大学生唯一需要面对的是托福的分数,经过系统的学习80分不难达到。

    看学校名字即可得知偏重于美食和烹饪方向,适合在本方向有明确深造需求又倾向于西餐方向的学生。

    对于餐饮管理者也有一些课程很有指导意义。

    申请分析:

    同样不需要工作经历和GMAT等;

    托福要求不高,一般学生均可达到。

    在普通酒店管理硕士项目的基础上增加了一些酒店设计方面的课程,以此为方向和特色,对于有本方面深造需求的学生比较适合;

    还有一个一年的项目但并不颁发硕士学位,不建议就读。

    申请分析:

    硕士学项目要求本科学位或三年工作经验;

    语言方面要求较低,达到托福基本要求即可。

    这个硕士项目更像一个完整综合的酒店管理硕士项目,并且课程设置较为合理,第一年重视前厅和餐饮的实操,第二年为管理类课程,并且有几个特色分支。非常适合本科没有学过酒店管理的学生进行系统性的学习。

    申请分析:

    需要本科学位或三年工作经验;

    语言方面要求不高,一般学生经过学习均可达到。

    项目分析:

    SHMS学校很大所以项目设置也较为丰富,有三个硕士项目。第一个为一年的综合硕士项目,第二个两年有了几个分支,如果有比较确定的方向可以选择,第三个也是一年偏向更加学术和分析等方向。

    申请分析:

    三个项目的申请区别在于对语言的要求,两年的最低,一年普通项目次之,一年分析项目要求最高。


    格鲁耶尔酒店管理学院

    Master of Advanced Studies in Hospitality Management

    申请材料:

    Normally aged 24 years old or above.

    A completed application form with all pertinent attachments and an application fee of CHF. 100.- (for new students)

    A complete CV, a study and post-study plan letter, dated and signed.

    Must hold a Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in hospitality or related area of study at least 180 ECTS equivalent (transcripts /certificates must be written in English, if they are not you need to have them translated)

    A confidential reference form which the Admissions Department will send to the candidate upon receipt of his/her application.

    A reference letter of professional or academic nature.

    If you have not studied in an English language environment for the last 3 years, please provide one of the following certificate and scores minimum score of 600 points for the paper based test, 250 points for the computer based test or 100 for the internet-based test. The TOEFL testing code number for LRG-UAS is 3864.

    Cambridge First Certificate grade B.

    I.E.L.T.S: Academic Module minimum Overall Band Score of 6.0 and min. 5.0 for each part (listening, reading, writing, speaking)

    All English certificates must have been issued in the last 12 months prior to admission.

    A valid medical certificate.

    The school may require a phone or personal interview before admission into the program.

    Students should have at least 3 years work experience

    For MAS in Hospitality Management the work experience should be in the hospitality industry.

    For MAS in Hospitality Business Management work experience should be in an appropriate professional area (in the service industry).

    项目分析:

    格鲁耶尔相对在国内没有推广很多,不是很出名,其实是格里昂和理诺士合办的学校,是除洛桑外第二家中国教育部认可的瑞士酒店管理学院;

    项目设置也是没有明显的特色也较为均衡,更偏重管理类似MBA项目。

    申请分析:

    要求三年工作经验,项目更类似MBA;

    对英语要求也略高于SEG集团的学校。
